If you’re looking for a dog that’s essentially a silly teddy bear with a genius-level IQ, you’ve found it. Mini Schnoodles (a cross between a Miniature Schnauzer and a Miniature Poodle) are widely considered some of the most affectionate and “nice” designer breeds out there.

1. They are “Velcro Dogs”
Schnoodles are incredibly loyal. Unlike some independent breeds that are happy to nap in another room, a Schnoodle wants to be exactly where you are. If you’re on the couch, they’re on your lap. If you’re in the kitchen, they’re your sous-chef.
2. The “Happy-Go-Lucky” Vibe
They tend to inherit the Poodle’s playful, circus-performer energy and the Schnauzer’s spunky, stout-hearted nature. This results in a dog that:
• Loves to please: They are highly trainable because they genuinely care about your approval.
• Is great with kids: They are generally sturdy enough for play but gentle enough to be reliable family companions. 
3. Intelligence (With a Hint of Sass)
Because both parent breeds are very smart, Schnoodles are quick learners. However, that “niceness” comes with a side of wit. They might “negotiate” with you if they think they can get a better treat out of a deal.
