When cleared by the vet, we offer two options: scheduled pick up or arrange a caring driver
for delivery.

Our puppies are raised in a dedicated nursery attached to our home, featuring full climate control and a peaceful environment with soft music. They are socialized with our family from day one to ensure they become smart, well-adjusted companions. We work with a local veterinary hospital providing 24/7 professional care to ensure every pup is in peak health.
Cash is always accepted, and personal checks are taken on a case-by-case basis. Payments through Credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal are also accepted with their respective processing fees applied to the total.
Orchard Pups is USDA licensed, inspected, and fully compliant. We exceed state requirements for nutrition, health care, and socialization. Our nursery is a model of cleanliness, and we only work with breeders who maintain the same high standards for their breeding dogs' health and living conditions.
Yes. We offer support during business hours for questions regarding crating, potty training, and behavior. For urgent health concerns or emergencies, we are available 24/7 to support our puppy families.
Adoptions cannot be completed purely online. We believe it is vital for you and your family to meet the puppy in person to ensure a perfect match. As per New York state law, you can visit our location to meet the puppy when the puppy is 8 weeks old. Once you've viewed our available listings, the first step is to contact us to schedule a visit to our location near Rochester, NY.
Yes. We follow the New York State "Lemon Laws" for pet purchases. This provides legal protection if a veterinarian finds a health issue within the first 14 days or a congenital defect. We offer remedies including refund, replacement, or reimbursement for veterinary expenses up to the purchase price.
Once a deposit is made, we hold that puppy exclusively for you and turn away other interested families. While deposits are non-refundable, they are 100% transferable to any other puppy, future litter, or even to a friend or family member.
